1. General Information
When opening a CZCB account you are issued two physical Ukey tokens and two personal accounts are created:
- Operator — for initiating transactions.
- Authoriser — for approving transactions.
To use online banking both Ukeys and both personal accounts must be configured.
2. Setup
Before the first login prepare for access and install the application on your computer.
2.1. Preparation for Login
To log in to the CZCB personal account you will need:
- A computer with Windows operating system
- Two Ukeys
- Login credentials: username and password
2.2. Installing the Application
- Go to the CZCB banking website
- In the personal banking login window, click Ukey
- The installation of the banking program CZCBEbankClientIns.exe will start
- The CZCBEbankClient program will open automatically after installation is complete
- If the program does not open automatically, it can be found in the Start menu under the name CZCBEbankClient
Next configure the Ukey and personal account for Operator and Authoriser in turn.
2.3. First Ukey Connection
- Connect the Ukey to the computer
- The e-bank assistant program will open
- Select user type Ukey Users
- Select token type Jianshi I I (Bluetooth) and click determine
- In the main window click Repair
- In all pop-up windows confirm certificate installation
- Select UKey Detection at the top left
- In the window below information about your UKey will be available
- If technical errors occur click Repair
- If the error prevents further authorisation you must:
- disable all antivirus software
- disable VPN
- reinstall the banking program
The DNS Resolving: abnormal error does not affect the operation of online banking.
- The Ukey is now configured. You can close the e-bank assistant window.
2.4. Logging into the Personal Account
- Launch the installed CZCBEbankClient program
- Click Enterprise login
- In the Verify USBKey password window, enter the Ukey login and press the OK button on the token
- In the authorisation window, the first two fields (Company Number and User Name Ukey) will be filled in automatically
- In the third field, enter your password and click Login
- Click I know in the platform training windows
- Change the banking interface language from Chinese to English for convenient further use
- The personal account is now configured and ready for use
After setup, you are ready to make payments in CZCB.
3. Usage
To use the configured Ukey and personal account, follow the instructions below.
3.1. Repeat Login to the Personal Account
- Connect the Ukey to the computer
- The e-bank assistant program will open
- If the program does not open automatically, it can be found in the Start menu under the name “CZCBEbankClient”
- Click Enterprise login
- In the Verify USBKey password window, enter your login and click OK
- After loading, enter the account password and click Login
- You are now logged into your personal account and can use online banking
Q/A
Will CZCB corporate online banking work on macOS?
This is not confirmed. The corporate-bank support page lists Windows and supported browsers, but not macOS. Use an environment approved by the bank for Ukey and payment operations; a virtual machine or an unofficial installer is not a substitute for CZCB confirming compatibility.
Must CZCBEbankClient be installed for every operation?
No, not for every function now. Following the 2025 corporate-channel upgrade, CZCB introduced keyless access for enquiry and account reconciliation. Payment instructions and other signed actions depend on the service configuration and may still require the client and a USBKey.
Why does the company have separate Operator and Authoriser Ukeys?
They separate creation from release of an instruction. CZCB’s official service standard has an input user create the transfer and a reviewer or sender log in with their own USBKey to approve it. The exact user count and permissions follow the authorisation model agreed with the bank.
Can an employee give their Ukey and password to a colleague?
No. The Ukey, credentials and role belong to an authorised user and form part of the bank’s authority controls. CZCB materials distinguish input, review and send permissions; when personnel change, the company should amend the user rights through the bank rather than hand over the token.
Should antivirus protection and a VPN be disabled when CZCB will not start?
Not as a routine fix. CZCB’s public instructions do not confirm that security controls should be disabled; they direct users to a supported environment and bank support on 956166. Do not weaken protection or install an unknown executable merely to regain access to a payment system.
