# CZCB online banking: login & Ukey setup

> How to set up the two Ukey tokens and log in to the CZCB (Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank) enterprise online banking client, step by step.

# General Information

When opening a CZCB account you are issued two physical Ukey tokens and two personal accounts are created:

1. **Operator** — for initiating transactions.
2. **Authoriser** — for approving transactions.
To use online banking both Ukeys and both personal accounts must be configured.

# 2. Setup

Before the first login prepare for access and install the application on your computer.

### 2.1. Preparation for Login

To log in to the CZCB personal account you will need:

1. A computer with Windows operating system
2. Two Ukeys

1. Login credentials: **username and password**

### 2.2. Installing the Application

> 🍓 Login via the online website is not available. Installation of the application is **mandatory**

1. Go to the [CZCB banking website](https://newebank.czcb.com.cn/)
2. In the personal banking login window, click **Ukey**

1. The installation of the banking program **CZCBEbankClientIns.exe** will start
2. The CZCBEbankClient program will open automatically after installation is complete
3. If the program does not open automatically, it can be found in the **Start** menu under the name **CZCBEbankClient**

Next configure the Ukey and personal account for Operator and Authoriser in turn.

### 2.3. First Ukey Connection

1. Connect the Ukey to the computer
2. The e-bank assistant program will open
3. Select user type **Ukey Users**

1. Select token type **Jianshi I I (Bluetooth)** and click **determine**

1. In the main window click **Repair**

1. In all pop-up windows confirm certificate installation
2. Select **UKey Detection** at the top left

3. In the window below information about your UKey will be available

> 🍓 In case of technical errors click **Retry** or close the program, reconnect the Ukey and repeat from step 5.

1. If technical errors occur click **Repair**

1. If the error prevents further authorisation you must:
- disable all antivirus software
- disable VPN
- reinstall the banking program
> 🍓 

> The **DNS Resolving: abnormal** error does not affect the operation of online banking.

1. The Ukey is now configured. You can close the e-bank assistant window.
### 2.4. Logging into the Personal Account

1. Launch the installed CZCBEbankClient program
2. Click **Enterprise login**

1. In the Verify USBKey password window, enter the **Ukey login** and press the **OK** button on the token

2. In the authorisation window, the first two fields (Company Number and User Name Ukey) will be filled in automatically

1. In the third field, enter your **password** and click **Login**

1. Click **I know** in the platform training windows
2. Change the banking interface language from Chinese to English for convenient further use

1. The personal account is now configured and ready for use

# 3. Usage

To use the configured Ukey and personal account, follow the instructions below.

### 3.1. Repeat Login to the Personal Account

1. Connect the Ukey to the computer
2. The e-bank assistant program will open
3. If the program does not open automatically, it can be found in the **Start** menu under the name “CZCBEbankClient”

4. Click **Enterprise login**

  1. In the Verify USBKey password window, enter your **login** and click **OK**
  2. After loading, enter the **account password** and click **Login**
  3. You are now logged into your personal account and can use online banking
