A CZCB bank statement confirms account activity and is commonly required for audits, visa applications, counterparty checks and reporting. Statements are generated in the CZCB corporate online banking client: you pick the account and the period, and the bank produces a PDF. One statement covers at most 180 days — for a longer history, generate several statements in a row.
Prerequisites: configured CZCB corporate online banking access — Ukey token and personal account. See CZCB online banking: login & Ukey setup.
Generating a statement
- Log in to CZCB online banking and open the statements section (screenshot 1).
- Select the account for which you want to generate a statement (screenshot 2).
- Select the statement section and type as shown below (screenshots 3–4).
- Select the statement period (screenshot 5). The maximum period for one statement is 180 days — the client rejects a range whose end date is more than 180 days after the start date ("The end date should be within 180 days of the start date"). A calendar half-year is 181–184 days and will not pass, so split a year into periods of 180 days or less.
- Click the confirmation button shown in the screenshot (screenshot 6).
- Select PDF as the output format (screenshots 7–9).
- Leave the field unchanged and click the confirmation button (screenshot 10).
- Done — the statement PDF is saved to the Downloads folder on your computer.
