FAQ

How much does a second citizenship cost in 2026?
The floor is Vanuatu at $130,000. After the 2024 accord the Caribbean five hold a $200,000–250,000 minimum donation (Dominica is the most affordable). Turkey takes real estate from $400,000 — an asset that stays yours. Budget extra for fees, due diligence and professional support.
Which programme is the fastest?
Vanuatu — about two months, fully remote. The Caribbean runs from 3–4 months (Dominica, St Lucia) to 6–12 (Antigua after the 2026 tightening). Turkey takes 8–12 months.
Which passport opens the US E-2 investor visa?
Grenada, Turkey, Egypt and Jordan hold E-2 treaties. Since late 2022 the US requires at least 3 years of domicile in the treaty country before applying — plan the route in advance. Egypt is the cheapest entry to the combination; Grenada has the strongest passport of the four.
Can the EU suspend Caribbean visa-free access?
Yes — the risk is real. Since 30 December 2025 the revised suspension mechanism explicitly lists golden passports as a trigger, and the Commission named all five Caribbean states in its eighth report. Precedents exist: Vanuatu lost Schengen; Dominica and St Lucia lost UK visa-free access.
