To pass border control upon entry to Singapore, you must complete the Singapore Arrival Card within 3 days before your arrival.
1. Visit the official website of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)

Select the option on the right:
For Foreign Visitors (including In-Principle Approval (IPA) Holders)
2. On the next page
Choose the option on the left:
Individual Submission – You are submitting arrival information for yourself. You may include up to three trips in one submission.
3. Fill in the following information:
- First and last name
- Passport number
- Date of birth
4. Double-check your data and click “Continue”
5. Scroll down and fill in additional details:
- Passport expiry date
- Email address
- Phone number (any valid number, including Russian)
6. Click “Continue”
7. The trip information page opens
8. In the “Date of Arrival in Singapore” field, select your arrival date
Only the next three calendar days (including the arrival date) can be selected.
For example, if you're arriving on January 3, you may submit the form on January 1, 2, or 3 only.
9. Choose your mode of transport:
- air – if arriving by plane
- land – if arriving overland
- sea – if arriving by sea
10. Click “Confirm”.
11. Review the trip details and click “Continue”
12. Scroll down and continue completing the trip details:
In the “Mode of Travel” field, choose “Commercial flight”
13. In the “Flight Code” field, enter the airline code (from your ticket)
14. In the “Flight Number” field, enter your flight number (from your ticket)
15. In the “Type of Accommodation in Singapore” field, indicate your lodging:
- hotel – if staying at a hotel. Then select the hotel name from the dropdown list
- residential – if renting or staying with friends. Fill in the address manually
- others – do not select; this is for transit or one-day visits only
16. In the “Last City / Port of Embarkation Before Singapore” field, enter the city you are flying from
17. In the “Next City / Port of Disembarkation After Singapore” field, enter your next destination
If you don’t have a return ticket yet, check the box next to “Same as Last City”
18. In the “Date of Departure From Singapore” field, enter your departure date
If you don’t have a return ticket, enter an approximate date
19. Answer the question:
“Have you ever used a passport under a different name to enter Singapore?” – select “No”
20. Answer the health-related questions:
“Do you currently have fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache or vomiting?” – select “No”
“Have you visited any of the listed countries in Africa or Latin America in the past 6 days prior to your arrival in Singapore?” – select “No”
Click “Next”.
21. You will see a summary page with all previously entered information
Review all fields carefully.
To edit any information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Edit”.
If all details are correct, check the box “I have read and agreed to the declaration” and click “Continue”.
22. Complete the security verification – enter the digits from the image
Done!
Your Arrival Card has been successfully submitted. Scroll down and click “PDF Download” to save it.
Please send the PDF to us.
The confirmation and your Arrival Card will also be sent to the email address provided in the form.
