The account is opened fully remotely, the card will be delivered to the address indicated in the Singpass account.
To register, follow these steps:
- Download the DBS app using this link or the QR code below:
- Click Sign up for Digibank
- Click Iβm new to DBS/POSB
- Click Continue with Singpass
- Log in to Singpass
- 1. if you have the Singpass app β log in through the app
- 2. if the app is not installed: select Password login and enter your Singpass username and password
- Click Continue β to proceed with verification
- Complete facial recognition using your phoneβs camera
- In the pop-up window, click I Agree
- In the field What are your passport details? enter:
- 1. Passport Number β Employment Pass card number β FIN
- 2. Passport Expiry Date β Employment Pass card expiry date

- Confirm the address listed in Singpass β Yes, continue

- In the window Letβs make sure youβre you click OK, continue application

- In the field Next, what do you work as? select Show all. Then select CEO

- In the field And which of these industries do you work in? select the last option β others

- In the field Are you a tax resident in Singapore only? select Yes

- Choose a suitable account, for example the one shown in the screenshot, with a debit card and no bank fees

- In the field Upload documents Passport upload a scan of the Employment Pass card and click Next

- In the field Review Application confirm by clicking Confirm Application

- Registration is complete! The following notification will appear
Within 3β5 business days the card will be delivered to the address specified in Singpass
