What is an Entry Declaration?
An entry declaration (declaración de entrada) is a document confirming entry into Spain. It is issued when the applicant enters the Schengen Area through a country other than Spain.
We recommend entering Spain by airplane or train.
When entering by other means of transport, it may be difficult to confirm the date of crossing the Spanish border, and the declaration may not be issued.
