Registration in the app
You can use the insurance policy via the Asisa app. Instructions for registration can be found at the link below:

To view the virtual insurance card, you need to:
- log in to the Asisa app
- tap Consulta tu Documentacion
Scheduling an appointment
To find a specialist and clinic, you need to:
- tap Pedir Cita and Buscar medico
- select a specialist, city, and tap Buscar
After this, the address and phone number of the selected specialist/clinic will appear on your screen. You can schedule an appointment by phone or in person by visiting the clinic.
It is not possible to undergo tests without a referral from a doctor.
Below is a list of clinics and specialists covered by the insurance policy. Public clinics are not covered by the policy.
Visiting the clinic
When visiting a clinic, you must have:
- Spanish residence permit
- passport
- virtual or physical insurance card
At the clinic, you will be asked to provide your phone number. Staff will send a code to that number, which you must read aloud. After that, proceed to the waiting area for your appointment.
Scheduling a video consultation
In the app, you can schedule a video consultation with a specialist. During the consultation, you can ask questions and receive a prescription for medications. The prescription will be sent to your email after the consultation.
To book a video consultation:
- tap Pedir Videoconsulta
- if several insured persons are linked to the app, select the one requiring the specialist
- select a specialist, clinic, date, and time of consultation
- check personal data and tap Confirmar
After that, you will receive an email with a link to the consultation. You must join the call 5β7 minutes before the scheduled time.
Specialists conduct consultations in mainland Spain time. Please check the time zone in advance to avoid confusion.
Emergency medical assistance
The emergency phone number for Asisa is +34 900 900 118.
You can contact a representative of the company in case of emergencies or if urgent medical insurance advice is needed.

- select a city
A list of nearby offices, their addresses, and phone numbers will appear on your screen.
